Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on purchases of our digital courses and products. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
2. How to request a refund
Our order process is handled by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Anomalyda purchases and processes refunds on our behalf.
You can request a refund in two ways:
- Use the Paddle buyer portal at paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout. Choose the product in question. This opens a Chatbot. Just type that you're looking for a refund. The whole process is automated.
- Email us at info@anomalyda.com with the email used at checkout, and we will process the refund through Paddle. As this happens manually, it may take a bit longer to process this, but we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit can take up to 5 business days to appear (according to Paddle).
3. Refunds are handled by Paddle
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all Anomalyda orders and handles refunds and customer service inquiries. Refunds are processed in line with the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms.
4. Subscriptions and renewals
If we offer subscriptions in the future, you can cancel through the Paddle buyer portal or your account area at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you can request a refund for a recent payment through Paddle as described above.
5. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rights, this voluntary refund policy does not limit those rights. For digital content delivered online, your statutory right of withdrawal may be affected once delivery or access begins, where the law allows and you have given any required prior consent at checkout.
